WHAT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept children’s clothing/shoes size Newborn-8. Clothing must be clean, free of excessive wear, stains, rips, pet hair, odor. View our list of Accepted Brands

  • Baby Gear (must be 3 years old or less).
  • Toys in working order, no missing pieces, with fresh batteries if applicable.
  • Books/Puzzles/Games – no missing pieces, torn/colored pages.
  • Boutique maternity wear (no Motherhood or mass retail brands).
  • Select pieces of furniture, décor, accessories.
  • If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us prior to your appointment.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Please read and adhere to the following guidelines:

PLEASE ALLOT A HALF HOUR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE CANNOT HOLD ANY ITEMS THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT. THOSE ITEMS WILL BE PROMPTELY RETURNED TO YOU AT THE END OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. IN AN EFFORT TO SAVE TIME PLEASE SORT YOUR ITEMS ACCORDING TO THE PREPARATION GUIDELINES:

CLOTHING – there is a 50 piece maximum per appointment. All items must be from the list of ACCEPTED BRANDS, freshly laundered. We will only accept items laying flat in a plastic tote. BAGS/BOXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

TOYS & GEAR – All pieces must be in clean, working order with all parts and pieces, fresh batteries if needed. Each item must meet current CPSC safety standards. (You may check here at www.cpsc.gov)

HOW DO I GET PAID?
You cleaned out your closets, now get rewarded for your efforts! No waiting 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks for your “selling period” to end! We will sort your items, make our selections and pay you right on the spot! Want to earn a little extra? Ask for store credit instead!

In an effort to save time, please pre-screen your items for stains, rips, tears, excessive wear and to insure they are brands that we accept. All toys and gear must be in clean acceptable working condition and have working batteries if applicable.

WHEN CAN I DROP OFF MY STUFF?
Please call for an appointment and we will try our best to accommodate your schedule with our availability. All of our inventory is purchased on an as-needed basis and appointments are made on a first come/first serve basis.

I SAW IT ON FACEBOOK! CAN I BUY IT?
Yes! If you see something you like on our Facebook page, please call the store and arrange for payment right over the phone. We kindly ask that your pick up your purchases within 48 hours. Unclaimed merchandise after 48 hours will be returned to the sales floor and a credit will be issued.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items are sold as-is. Strollers and furniture are FINAL SALE. We will happily accept all other items for return with their tags attached in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
